We started Carver County Chiropractic Co. in Victoria, Minnesota, in 2019
After graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2018, Dr. Andy set out to start a family practice in Victoria, Minnesota. A short time later, Dr. Molly finished her chiropractic education at NWHSU and began caring for southwestern metro families, too. Both Drs. Andy and Molly then took their animal chiropractic schooling at Parker University in Dallas, Texas, adding licensed animal chiropractic care to their practice!
For the next five years, we served hundreds of families, moms, dads, women through pregnancies and labor (even house calls!), kids, babies, dogs, horses, high school athletes, and more. We were profoundly blessed with an incredible community that truly changed our lives for the better, while serving them the best way we knew how: with neurologically-based, family-focused chiropractic care.
And even though we loved our practice and community, we felt called to come home.
We made the difficult decision to sell Carver County Chiropractic Co. to a wonderful chiropractic couple in May of 2023… with plans to begin caring for families in the Sleepy Eye area immediately!

While we built out our new space in Sleepy Eye, we were blessed to be able to temporarily see our current practice members as well as our canines at Dr. Steve Hawkins’ practice, New Ulm Chiropractic. Dr. Steve is Dr. Andy’s dad, and he has been in private practice for over forty years! Both of Dr. Andy’s brothers, Dr. Danny and Dr. Scott Hawkins, are chiropractors at New Ulm Chiropractic as well. Chiropractic care really is a family affair!
For any future canine animal chiropractic visits in New Ulm, we ask that you please use the rear door for entry. This is to assure that we continue to keep human and animal practices separate! For your convenience, the office address is: 117 South Broadway Street, located in beautiful New Ulm, Minnesota. There is free parking in the back lot!

In August of 2023, we were lucky to find a space for our practice home here in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. Over the next four months, our mission was to do our 1880’s downtown building justice while creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment to experience healing within! With an entrance for people in the front and a separate back door for our animal chiropractic practice, we couldn’t be more thankful to serve the ones so near and dear to us.
